CASE STUDY

Campaign Background: This campaign was the result of a partnership between our digital marketing agency and UKG (formerly Kronos), the creators of a widely-used Human Capital Management (HCM) software suite (UKG Pro). UKG’s business model allows smaller HCM companies to white-label UKG Pro and resell it as though it were their own software. With this in mind, our agency worked with UKG’s marketing team to create a UKG Pro sales video, which could be customized according to the brand specifications of the smaller HCM vendors who white-labeled the software.

Challenges: The complexity of the campaign stemmed from the need to customize videos according to each client’s brand specifications, ensuring seamless integration with their offerings. My role entailed orchestrating the entire funnel process, leveraging HubSpot to craft sales pages, customization forms, order pages, and follow-up communication sequences tailored to six distinct products within this software suite.

Solution: Using HubSpot’s robust set of sales & marketing tools, I built or managed the building of 25 web pages, 18 emails, 5 custom reports, 1 massive sales dashboard, and 10 automated workflows, which tied all of these pieces together, moving the customer through the sales journey and notifying the appropriate members of our team of crucial steps along the way.

Results: On day one, we saw $20,000 in revenue, and within the initial four months, we reached $120,000. I’ve attached screenshots from both our funnel and our Stripe account, displaying the campaign’s revenue generation.
